On the album 'Meet Again' ('22) new recordings & arrangements of original songs I wrote in the period 1976/1985 . Now it's progrock songs with banjo? Crying steelguitar and a Stevie Wonder Moog-bass? Progressive country? It doesn't get exhausted, that mix of influences and love for all music that inspires and moves me, regardless of any genre.

On Guilty in Pleasure, listen to my own renditions of some of the most beautiful, tear-jerking songs and country ballads.

The album 'Case of Compassion' will be released on all streaming platforms in early May.

Ray & Igor Zalesky and I founded the band 'DUG' in early 2015. Our music was rooted in 40 years of original songwriting, interspersed during live performances with covers and gems from the past (like songs from CSN&Y, Beach Boys, Little Feat, Captain Beefheart).

For these recordings—featuring only original material—we pulled out all the stops: (steel) guitars, organs, pianos, synthesizers, mandolins, violins, and even 15-part (!) vocal harmonies. Together, we found the perfect blend to surprise listeners with music steeped in history—music that made true enthusiasts revel in nostalgic bliss.  Sadly, DUG no longer exists. We had gold in our hands—but fortunately, gold never loses its value. I look back on this special collaboration with great joy.

Ray Zalesky: vocals, electric & acoustic guitars, mandolin, bass, violin.

Igor Zalesky: vocals, electric & acoustic guitars, accordion & harmonica

Bart Dijkman: vocals, keyboards (including pedal steel guitar, banjo), recording & production.

Tracks 1, 3, 4 and 5 written by Ray Zalesky. Track 2 written by Igor Zalesky.
